Shipping & Refund Policy
ShippingShipping costs are based on multiple factors including the item's size, weight, shipping method and delivery address. Therefore, a total invoice amount (including actual shipping and sales tax) is not available until after the order is processed. A final invoice will be emailed to you at the time of shipment.
Orders placed before 3:00 pm EST Monday through Friday will be processed immediately. Otherwise, they will be processed the next business day. Orders will be shipped via UPS. Repro Systems Inc. will not use your shipper number to ship any products. Please allow up to 3 business days for regular ground delivery depending on where you live.
While we make every attempt to notify customers of unusual processing delays, we suggest that you confirm your order if it is not received within 4 days of purchase. If you would like to confirm your order, please contact us at repro@reprosystemsinc.com or (413)-447-8286.
RefundsAll sales are final and all charges from those sales are nonrefundable.
If there is an error on our part related to your order, please contact us at repro@reprosystemsinc.com and we will replace or refund the applicable parts of the order. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable except if you were sent an incorrect or damaged product.
